Aiden {Quincy Newborn & Family Session}

Meet Aiden, such a calm little sweetheart.

Aiden's mom and I were in high school together at one point,
but we never actually met until their session.
It's funny how things work out that way sometimes, despite living in a small town :)

I have my own studio at home,
but with babies I always prefer to photograph them in natural light
and Irania & Fabian's living room was THE perfect spot for the session:
big windows, white walls and a spacious living room.
Seriously people, it's that simple for me :)

The best thing about having sessions at client's homes,
is that they feel a lot more comfortable
in their own environment, despite the camera being in their faces.

It also provides a much more unique experience for everyone involved.
I'm glad that Fabian and Irania welcomed me into their home,
we ended up with some beautiful and intimate photos of their family.

So at one point I noticed their beautiful, wooden dining chairs
and said "we have to use one!"
So we did and it turned out adorable :)

Since Aiden is already a month old, he was a little too long for the chair,
but he did NOT care! He just wanted to sleep.
:)

Fall baby = fall colors

He smiles in his sleep!!

I also caught him sucking his thumb while remaining super adorable !

So basically, this session was two in one.
Newborn photos, check! Now onto the family photos:

Fabian mentioned that his son is a daddy's boy,
and it's true! Aiden never cries when Dad is holding him.

Look at that smile!

But he loves Mom just as much :)

How beautiful is Irania?
Doesn't even look like she just had a baby!

The boys are just as handsome too!
Such a good-looking and happy little family :)

Breaks are definitely a necessity when babies are involved,
Aiden just wanted to lay down for a while,
so I took advantage of that and had Fabian and Irania pose for a few couple shots.

I'm still overjoyed at having photographed such an adorable little family.
I witnessed two new parents who, while young, are incredibly mature, loving and caring towards their little blessing (as well as each other).

Thank you again, Irania and Fabian, for welcoming me into your home.
I wish you three the best of luck and happiness :)
