Alejandra {2014 Senior}

Alejandra had her session in freeeeeeezing cold weather..
But she totally rocked it; she didn't let a little 5 degree weather stop her from looking fabulous!

Now Alejandra is one of my very good friend's younger sister so I've known her for a while now, she's just the same as I remembered: studious, intelligent, a little quiet but knows how to have fun :)

She's such a hard worker though because she's currently taking college courses at Wenatchee Valley so by the time she graduates high school she'll also have completed her AA! How cool is that?

Make the most of your senior year Alejandra :) work hard and have fun like you always do.

Serena {Quincy 2014 Senior}

Serena's session was full of laughter!
My friend Brandy came along, and I gave her one rule "keep her laughing".
Brandy and Serena were already good friends to begin with,
but I did not expect her to do her job so well :)

Serena is a kind soul who, like me, was born and raised in California. The day of the session was cold but she said, "I don't care, I still dress like I'm in California!"
I think I have that same mentality:
dress for the climate you want to be in not the one you're actually in, haha.

Serena I hope the rest of your senior year is super fun and eventful!

Anthony {Quincy, Wa Lifestyle Photographer}

You know me, I think all babies are adorable and super fun to be around :)
This little guy was NO exception.
Anthony is a cute little bunch of fun with killer style, thanks to his mom!
He wanted to play and explore my house, so I let him roam free for a while, capturing some smiles.
I did have to bribe him with a little bit of chocolate in order to get him to sit down for some formal portraits though, but you know what I get that; chocolate is delish.
I could see how much he loves his parents, always trying to wear his dad's hat and crawling to his mommy to hug her.
Boy this little guy can crawl, he's fast! Totally takes after his dad who's completely fond of racing :p

Anyway, Nadia and Oscar I loved having your baby around my studio.
Good job raising such a great little boy :)

Junior {2014 Quincy Senior}

Junior's mom was the first person I met when I moved to Quincy, she helped me enroll and get settled into QHS. She told me the funniest thing that day; some members of their family just happen to be living in the same town I had just moved from: Baldwin Park, CA! I don't know, it just reinforced the saying, "What a small world".

Anyway Junior is a great guy with a great personality, always smiling and laughing.
He loves his family, his adorable dog, hunting and the Dodgers. I don't know if he likes long walks on the beach though, you'll have to ask him because this isn't matchmaker.com. But ladies, I think he is single ... okay, I'm totally kidding Junior.
I'm so bad at jokes!

So, I hope your Senior Year is exciting and memorable. I know you'll go on to bigger and better things :)

Laura {2014 Quincy Senior}

Oh how I adore Miss Laura!
Y'all have to remember that I was a Senior when most of these youngsters were just Freshman, so I already knew most of them.

Laura is just a fun-loving, tell-it-like-it-is, intelligent and compassionate individual.
She has a close relationship with her older brother; they share a love for silly, yet intelligent, shows like Adventure Time. For her session she wanted something different than most people, she wanted artsy. I can do artsy, I bleed artsy! Haha.

So for part of this session I brought her over to my studio, did her makeup, and proceeded to drag her through the crazy world of photo manipulation, you'll see what I mean :)
Enjoy the photos, and Laura, enjoy your Senior year. I know you'll live it up!
